I responded by changing direction from being a consultancy to offering a full service agency to do everything for the brand in regards to their social media program. The brand would often fail in their efforts to level up their social media marketing, not because they lacked strategy, but because they lacked the time, expertise and bandwidth to execute the strategy. That was great, except when it came to actual execution of the strategy, the internal marketing teams would be so strapped for time, stressed to add this element of expertise to their already over flowing plates and this would limit both their creativity and overall output of quality content.
